A Blue badge holder can use their badge in any vehicle even your vehicle has long as it is used to the letter of the blue badge scheme. There are over 2.5 million blue badges now in use in the UK and like every thing else in life there are people who abuse the system There are people who print lamenated copies or people who use some one else's badge the list can be endless. When a Badge is displayed in a car the date of issue and the council who issued it is displayed but the photo of the person who it is issued too is hidden on the back so now one know who the badge belongs to
