TTS. I agree that it's probably a pain to have to produce proof that you're over 60 but why would it be humiliating to accept a 10% offer off your bill. Those who have a limited budget would certainly be glad of it.
I have bus pass and I paid the extra £10 to use the trains and trams. I certainly do not feel humiliated when I have to produce my proof of entitlement to the offer.
