I have seen a number of them using it, but when those going towards the Saddle Roundabout reach Haig Street opposite Wigan Pier, they then have to ride along the pavement as Wallgate is one way towards the town centre.

What use is a cycle path which is only part way between Haig Street and Great George Street and not all the way to the Saddle Roundabout?
