Do you mean going towards Wigan or towards Marus Bridge because, Going the Marus Bridge way, The cycle path is a shared pavement and the cars park on there full 4 wheels on the cycle/pavement and near the lights is a floor layers shop and regularly , there are vans blocking the whole pavement/cycle path which, is more dangerous than being on the road,
There is a law about parking on the pavements but, no one is policing it,
Who is more in the wrong, The guy using a bike and slowing traffic or traffic blocking pavements and creating a danger to ALL,
