I have thought about that, but will that access road be used by the Market Traders for deliveries etc, because when they start demolishing the old Morrisons, Argos and Boots, I cannot see the underground service area, and it's entrance ramp on Market Street being left open, so I think that they will use that access road for the Market Hall, and then the demolition people may want to use that road too.
