it,s to do with the money allocated to the government . they have 2 options either use it to bring waiting times down or use it for free prescriptions . our government chose to bring waiting times down while the other home nations gave their people free prescriptions . and i,d like to know where that money went because it,s blatently obvious that it,s not been used to bring waiting times down ? .
