TTS... like you I am amazed by the lengths the council have gone to... to provide for a small minority... Presumably the government is fronting this idea but I dont see Mr and Mrs Joe Bloggs doing their weekly shop on bikes... neither the tradesmen dragging a trailer behind them to carry out their work. It would be great to open bike lanes for the engine variety
