Ena Malcup. Len Mort was a foreman engineer on underground construction based at Rose Bridge from what I remember.
Nice chap,he used to run the Sports and Social fishing club.
The Engineer in charge of Maintenance was Alf (AC) Smith and Frank Power was the foreman.
My brother tells me that he believes Victoria Buildings was the site of Wigans first telephone exchange in the 1890's.
