Whilst not agreeing with the tax system that has loopholes to move money out of the country, it is all legal... It would take a very brave govt. to close many of these loopholes. If they did big business would just up sticks and sod off, which would lead to job losses and more tax revenue lost. Which in turn would create more people on benefits and unemployment rising, which could lead to more rent arrears, leading to more evictions putting local authorities having more housing problems etc etc etc etc.
