Sonlyme I know about having to pay tax on my pension because my pension and old age pension takes me over the threshold I am on about other benefits eg JSA housing benefit etc which most people who do not work can claim. I ask because the illegal immigrants can claim £39 per day so it takes them over the tax threshold
