Unfortunately me and her indoors had to attend RBS Bank in the town centre.this morning... Parked on the Galleries... All now automated no humans in sight.. Pay at a pay station on the way out. Went to the bank.. 1 hour waiting time... Off to Moon under water for a pint... Walked through the Galleries and town centre... What an utter disgrace my home town is... Derelict.. Dirty.. Nee'r do wells with begging bowls... Very few people in sight.. For me Wigan council can donate the town centre to these immigrants as I won't be returning to Wigan.
