Tonker agree with last part. Plymouth council in the news today who withdrew a ex solders blue badge .He had lost a leg and an arm whilst serving for his country but when he got his prostetic limbs ran a marathon So the council said he did not need a blue badge There would be less abuse of BB if the ID Photo was on display instead of being tucked away at the back of the badge which is not on display. A couple of years ago I applied for a M6 toll exemption pass which we got.When we got to the toll booth the operative looked into the car to make sure the holder of the pass was in the car.If she had not been in the car I could have faced a fine for misusing the pass
