I’m wondering if you didn’t need to pay after all, PeterP? This is from Healthier Wigan’s website:

Flu Vaccine Information 2020

Flu vaccinations will be available in GP Practices and in pharmacies … (and for some) in COVID-safe flu clinics at key community venues. They are:

1. Robin Park Leisure Centre
2. St Peters Pavilion, Hindley
3. Leigh Leisure Centre
4. Golborne Parkside Sports Club

You should contact your GP to attend one of these COVID-safe flu clinics.

5. There will be free parking for those attending.
