Went to Wigan yesterday on an errand for my father in law, he needs some slippers as he may have to go into hospital again. I went into Shoezone to have a look saw some and went to the till, at the till was a group of at least six foreigners 'paying' for shoes, mens womens and childrens also several pairs of trainers trainers. No cash was put in the till, they paid with vouchers.
