What hasn't dawned on them yet, is the fact that Italy, Germany and France will not accept them.
They need to take them back, from whence they came, immediately. Same day. No theatre.

What they do now is start asking questions and taking particulars. That makes them officially 'here'.,
"Are you ok"?, "Are you thirsty"?, "Are you hungry"?, "Are you cold"?, "Where have you come from"?, "Where's your family"?, "What is your religion"?,
"Have you any objections to being examined by a White, Christian, doctor"?, "Let us know if you need anything"!
