I like the way they have made Ratched, the hospital is depicted in the same style as the Overlook Hotel in The Shining, with the long straight corridors, and Stanley Kubrick stye of filming.
The outside world is depicted in a style which has its own word, but I cannot think what it is, but it is a surreal blend of 1950s life, depicted in mainly in bright yellow and green colours, and obviously taken from the film Edward Scissor Hands.

It is a Film Noir, but made in an absurd dystopian way .....

Its weird
