Whatever we think of 'illegals' once they are in our waters they become our responsibility. Turning their boats around is clearly not an option as most of these boats are dangerously overcrowded and not suitable for th waters they sail in, so to turn them around is a virtual death sentence, and, like it or not they are human beings some of which are in desperate need.
Of course there are some bad eggs among them as there is in every society. However, having said all that I really don't know what the answer is. If the peoples and countries of the world were fair and true beings it would be more beneficial to work on and support those countries at grass roots level, but of course there are too many corrupt governments across the world.
