Raymyjamie. Top scientists and consultants in respiratory illnesses have said, openly, that thousands die of flu, every year, some years more than others.
The same have said this is just another strain of flu / s.a.r.s.. Yes, people are dying of it, or of something linked to it. Just like they did in any other year.
The same have said, immunity will be lost if people keep "wiping trolley handles" and "wearing masks" and "washing hands regularly" etc.

But, I won't catch owt. Because my immune system will fight off any attack by a virus, due to me not reducing the effectiveness of my body's immune system.

Anyroadup, the chance of catching coronavirus off a shopping trolley handle is the same as catching aids off a toilet seat. Nil !
