Young people of today and yesterday know what doing a job like being a police officer, or soldier is going to be like, it is no secret what sort of situations they will have to deal with, as is the case with all front line workers in this world, and this is explained to prospective candidates at the interview stage of the job selection, so no one can start a job like that and say that they did not know what they would have be dealing with.

If a person who starts such a job feels that they are not cut out for that type of job, then finish and go and do another type of job.
