I don’t think you understand the facts and the worldwide seriousness of the impact of the virus.
The UK death toll from the virus will sadly increase as time goes by. The latest scientific forecast for the UK for hospital deaths, in a worst case scenario for the Coronavirus,from September this year to June 2021, is 120000. That’s an equivalent 600000 in the US.
Apart from the heartbreak this would give to countless families it would wreak devastation on economies and place an intolerable tax burden on people for several years.
As a man of principle I would rather not bet , particularly on such an emotive issue, with someone who is devoid of principle. I would much rather give the money to an appropriate charity.
