Hard to believe them tales...until they get the bobby back on the beat in numbers and cultivate local knowledge...we are on a loser...similarly shake the laws up they are getting stale and antiquated...and even the toerag n'eer-do-well's can calculate how long they will serve...like anything else..our system needs shaking up in all departments across all subjects....and judges should retire at 65...they have raped the system for long enough...they are out of touch with common day reality.
