yoo said somewhere else, if that roads opens this year, I will show my bum at top of wallgate BUT, no matter

I've just done a survey and my concooosion is,
There is tons of fencing all around the road. barriers and cones and no workmen on site, If they started clearing now, it would be a massive opperation to clear ir all for 8.00pm, so, either

1. caddy speaks with fork tongue
2. they will just open the road, end to end and leave the path closed
3.Open Monday, as my informant said,
