"i must explain that i rarely use the town centre shops,so my vision of hallgate with a traffic light ,two gates that do not seem to meet and block paved ,this beggars belief that WMBC is cash strapped.
the other intriguing question is why as this work been carried out,it just seems so unnecessary."

Are you aware that the photo was taken in April 2000?
