The problem is we have gone from one extreme to another from being overmanned and not doing a proper days work to working for 8 hours without lifting your head up, that's why we always have to queue in supermarkets and post offices and when you ring a call centre your in a queue the doctors and hospitals are like an assembly line but going back to unions is not the answer. We need to get our priorities right for instance I passed a young Asian woman in the street selling The Big Issue which is basically begging so I turned back bought the paper and then give the paper back to her, 5 mins later she was on the mobile phone!!! people complain they don't get paid enough but find the money for mobile phones, cable tv, broadband, continental holidays, scratch cards cigarettes, cars my point is there is far too much demand on the average persons wage to fund all this and pay rent and buy food something has to give.
