Right that's conclusive, no homeless on the streets of Wigan then.
Best thing to do is forward it to the Brick Homeless Shelter project, inform them that you're onto their little scam (also could you ask them for the money back my daughter raised when she spent a group night on the streets a while back whilst you're in touch with them) and will be notifying the authorities, and hope to see them closed down by the end of the week.
If you could possibly post a picture of a clear blue sea whilst you're on a roll, we can put the 'there's too much plastic waste in our seas' malarky to bed once and for all as well!
