As with most things it's education that is lacking. Banning fireworks due to a minority of idiots is not the way forward. Bommy neet was my favorite night of the year when I were a lad and guess what? I never once fired a roman candle at a member of the public.

Common sense goes a long way, especially when thas playin wi fire!
