Galliford and the council parted company for the reason I stated. I suspect that there wasn't a proper tendering process if Bethell have been given the job. They are as thick as thieves with Wigan Council are aren't a very good outfit. They will probably be doing the job for the same price as Gallifords tendered and a few strings will be pulled along the way. It could turn out messy.
