(He linked to the picture 11th Nov - 21:19 and called it 'Helter Skelter'.)

Wigan's had 'toffee' shops, rather than sweet shops, for years. Not sure if there are any good ones left in the town centre, now that Uncle Joe's Emporium has closed down.
