Sorry I have not replied sooner, been working on my allotment while the weather is good.

On his birth certificate it just gives his name of Thomas Quick. His father was called Thomas Ellis Quick and they lived at 45 Hands Street, Litherland.

But unfortunately in 1921 Letitia Quick his mother ended up in the workhouse with Thomas. I do not know what happened to Thomas after his mother died. Did he stay there unitl he was able to be in full-time employment.
There was no mention in the family of someone called Sam either?

Do you have any other addresses that he may have lived at?

Did he go on holiday at any time or disappear for a few days??

I ask this because he had a brother called John Quick
who was born in 1918 - but he passed away in 1950.













I have been searching for Thomas Quick for years and to be in contact with you is amazing, even though we are not blood related. To actually be in contact with somone who knew Thomas - it takes my breath away[:t
