A big hello to everybody
A beautiful clear crisp cloudless day here in Blighty, 6C in Leyth this morning.
A busy morning shopping, thankfully the last till after Chrimbo.

This is just a quick post to say hello as we're off to Boston House in Frog lane this arvo, I have to say I'm a little nervous, don't like folk maulin' with me eyes.
I've been referred to the Ophthalmology Dept by my optician who has concerns for my right eye.
Too many symptoms to list on here, suffice to say I hope they can diagnose a suitable cause and treatment.

Just to say I got a glowing report form the Docs yesterday, well pleased.
Low cholesterol, low sugar, low triglycerides and good blood pressure (130/70).

I feel a bit guilty as I've been on't t'other place doing some "Crytoids", but there's only one or two of us do 'em, so felt I couldn't miss.

Will try and pop on later, but I'm having drops in my eyes, so may not be able to see.
Susan will be driving me home.

Lizzie, just to say I'm totally envious of the Aussie lifestyle and the geography of where you live but I couldn't handle 40 degrees of heat, no sireee.
You have AC, which must be a Godsend.
