A very good Friday to all
A bright sunny day here, but blowing a blinkin' gale, 15C.

We have a little routine when we're up here in that we always go to Campbell's Seafood Restaurant in Portpatrick for lunch on Friday.
We just got back.
Always superb food. we're never disappointed.
I started with Mussels Provencale, followed by King scallops in a creamy sauce served with chips, new potatoes and veg.
Susan had mushroom soup followed by hake served with as above.
We don't usually have pud, but with coffee and drinks it came to £45, a fabulous dining experience.

We normally go out for the afternoon after dining, but it really is rough here.
One thing we've learned is, don't go to Scotland in late September.

Well done with the words Mo, you've only left me scraps!!!!!!!! ha ha

fired-weird-lido-liked-rifled.

Lizzie, I'm sitting here stuffed and content.
Hope your weather is behaving better than here and that you're continuing to enjoy retirement.
Thanks as ever
