A big hello to all
Another very bright and sunny day here, but with a cool wind, 16C.

I was doing my Cardiac Class exercise routine on the patio this morning, ha ha, what a sight , thankfully there's nobody near us, so didn't feel a fool.
Spent the afternoon walking along the beach at Luce Bay, it's an 8 mile arc of sand, lovely for walking, and I could only see 6 people on the beach.

Mo, you should come and join us on Wed nights for the cryptics, the more the merrier, yes and I'll give you "och aye the noo", that's racist!!!!!!
