Hello all a bit late today..just got back from Southport..been out since early
morning,so only have a couple left..loris,lorn...that's it..you've all done very
well..

Ray..sorry about your back they are a problem when they go wrong aren't they..and I'm afraid the only cure is to rest it as much as you can...the pain is your back telling you to rest it for a while.
