(Apart from the obvious!), And when was it that....

Is it over the bottom of Makinsons arcade Mac?.

Was it WEP office?

Crompton St, just up from where WH Smiths was. (First pic is Opposite the entrance/Exit to the car park. Second pic is opposite the MArket Tavern.

Google maps never lets me c&p the place, so it won't work.
Put the address I posted in the search bar and zoom, then from outside the Market Tavern look across the road and upwards.

EDIT - It almost worked, zoom in to WH smiths (A) and go up the road a bit.
