Runners up:

Eric McPherson – Mr Gladstone’s Visit to Leigh

The latest edition of Past Forward is themed around women's history in Wigan Borough and is available from all Wigan Council libraries, the Museum of Wigan Life, the archives and at Waterstones in Wigan, priced £2.

Hi there JO ANNE, I was just enquiring as to do you know of any " caligraphy" classes in WIGAN thought i'd ask you following my trip to the "HEART START"you recommended at Ashton Library, the writing is something iv'e I have been keen on so thought if there is anything happening i'll give it a go.
