St. Pauls Independent Chapel in Hindley

On reading some historical notes, I found that there was a small graveyard associated with the former St. Paul's Independent Chapel in Hindley, that's the one that's now a fishing tackle shop, I think that this was in the 1820s-30s or so, before the present building was erected. I haven't seen any records of re-interment anywhere, not at All Saints or Hindley Cemetery at least. Is it possible the graves are still there?

A friend of mine owns that church. There are gravestones laid flat around the church, used as flags. There's a deep cellar under it too. There's another building behind the main church which looks to be older and could have been a school.
I seem to remember being told that nothing could be built on the land at the side because it's never been cleared, but I might be mistaken.

Thanks tonker, I'll have to go and have a look sometime, seems like in 1831 there was a split leading to the founding of a chapel at Bridgecroft, this also having its own burial ground, a fence surrounding a few graves.
