Has anyone got one of these? Ive tried everything but it will just not connect wirelessly to the laptop I I have been trying to find the reset hole,as instructed by my Int provider. She says its on the back but I cant find it, internet search says its between the power cable and the aerial. Nope. I spent two hours this afternoon on the phone and the stupid woman asked me to type in 192.168.o.1 which eventually took me to a Sky page,WHAT?? then she tell me to enter username and password but there,s nowhere to enter them. I,m using an ethernet cable to get on the net
Last night I unplugged my router (which was working fine) by mistake and then I plugged it back in and it wouldn,t connect wirelessly. H.....E......L......P Send some paracetamol

Should be there, EQ, it's the size of a pin. But if you say it isn't there, I believe you. I will look further.

Have you checked the settings and hardware on your laptop... maybe its not the router

Nothing near by that can be causing a loss signal... microwave or any wireless device... phones... electrical equipment

Darren. Its been in the same location since installing it. There is nothing that could have affected it. I have checked the settings, and as far as I can see nowts changed. Its a real headscratcher.
