Who pockets the rest of the money not a bad little earner for someone but not the AIR AMBULANCE

When you do put these bags out, before the registered charity has had time to collect, foreign gangs pick them up and make the money off them.

Read some reveiws about this charity and it seems the owners are living on the edge without breaking any laws.Some of the more established charities will not have anything to do with this charity

I was told that the Administrator of some of said charities are on 100K per annum, i.e. poppy fund,

bentlegs - thats true, same with Save The Children, NSPCC etc.

I tend to take my clothes to a charity shop, and I also buy things from them occasionally, although a lot of charity shops are sometimes more expensive than Primark or Tesco.

admin costs much ,much more than is ever passed on to the charities.

You can always ask for ID too - because technically they are taking what is yours.

My son collects those bags (keeps them in their little sleeve) and says when he leaves home he will never need to buy black bags, he's got hundreds of them in a box.

Nicko they will probably sent a fire engine from another station like they did years ago when there was a fire in the pallet place which is now asda car park opposite the fire stationor a few weeks ago when Argos was evacuated on Robin park it took over 5mins for the fire engine to arrive

Surprise Got an Air ambulance charity bag today throu the letter box.

I've never trusted them, I take mine to a Charity Shop so I know that they get them. I also agree that they make good bin liners been using them for that purpose for years now
