I think you just have to go cold turkey, I-Spy, but as a Presbyterian I know that won’t be easy for you even at this time of year.

My daughter found my illicit supply of lard which I find is the best for frying bread.its now been confiscated and I've been given a low cal oil spray.
It'll soon be empty

I’m very lucky, I-Spy, as I’ve never got a taste for fried bread. I’m sure you’re strong enough to kick the habit though.

The mistake was throwing away my trusty chip pan and buying a giant frying pan to chuck everything in.
I gave up last year on doctor's orders and lost over two stones.
No problem with choc biscuits etc.
But that fried bread. I need something fitting for the headstone if anyone has any ideas

I spy, if you lightly toast your bread first and then fry it it doesn’t hold as much fat.

There's a well-known cure for being addicted to fried bread. Drop dead with a blockage!

Used to like it years ago, but knocked it on the head, I look after myself now, despite some losers saying I go to the chippy all the time and use dripping
