Gravy

Does anyone have a technique for making a very small quantity? Say a tablespoon full, as an amount just to suit a plated meal.

I know that to freeze it in small portions is probably best, but I'm currently bowt a freezer, so I thought I'd trawl for alternatives.

better for you just to use gravy granules.

Never used gravy granules. Do they make an acceptable gravy?

Yes not bad at all..just follow the instructions well...if you only want a
tablespoonful they should suit you...but don't forget..as it says on the label
it must be boiling water ....you would need a quarter of a pint to two heaped
teaspoons of granules...have a go.

Priscus,There's different varieties..get the Bisto one..there's veggie
granules and onion granules or beef.

i use gravy granules.I just put some in the bottom of a small jug and pour on boiling water and stir. if it's too thick it's easy to add more water but if it's too thin and you add more granules it doesn't work
