Wafting :-O

The aroma is wafting through the house ... looks like a haggis in the oven but it's the perfection in meat loaves put together by yours truly, a culinary delight :-)) ....nooooo I'm not the culinary delight but it will be a delight to sample soon 😃

Plenty left over for another day, makes a good butty , butter on two slices of bread and a slice off the meat loaf straight out of the fridge....magic!

Onward to the next culinary challenge !!! :-o

We had Haggis,mash,& carrots & turnip last night & plenty left for another meal.Not tried it on a buttie

I visited a chippy in Kirkaldy Scotland, they did haggis in a sausage form, battered them and deep fried.
They were delicious with a boat load of chips, plenty salt and vinegar on the chips...another winner :-))

nana, a near Scottish traditional dish ....Haggis with taties and neeps, the fyre of a Burns Night supper :-)
