what on earth was Hock playing at first he tried to gouge Harrisons eyes out and then he got two purlers in when harrison tried to play the ball,He lost it big style, a big zero to Silverwood ,He should have sent him off instead of the on report cop out, but He should be punished with a big ban, Warrington were by far the better team today,

no room for that in our game, should be hit with long ban, gouging is nearly as bad as the spear tackle

men v boys today, warrington by far the better team, thats the second time they have beaten wigan, hock should get a ban for what he did, nasty person who got a second chance.

Hock deserve the book throwing at him for the eye gouging.

Totally disgracing the town.

Hock's behaviour was disgusting!

Not a good example for the young fans and should be banned from further games until he can curb his temper/actions

Warrington were the better team on the day,a bit of luck with the second try,and then Wigan had two good chances to get back into the game and didn't finish both occasions!
I think Sam Tomkins made a naturally competitive effort to kick the ball out of the warrington players hands, but unfortunately against the rules,
I didn't like Briers version of what he did when he spoke to the ref after
No excuses for Hock, that was very poor.

indefensible
no place for eye gouging in rugby
long ban beckons and rightly so
has been given one chance to correct his ways - does he deserve another?

so Lee Briers attempting to help his team mate out is to be compared to a madman trying to rip someones eyes out is it. get real Barry. Hock will get a severe ban and deservedley so.

Further prolonged unwarranted abuse directed at young Sam again, and this was even before the Briers incident.
What a way to treat the most prodigious rugby talent this country has produced in over twenty years
If this continues his turn to RU will be a lot quicker than the two years he himself forecast.

Hock should never have been allowed to play again after the drugs bust. Wigan can do better than have him in their squad, and after that last performance he has shown himself for what he is ...a thug and mediocre player. The best team won on the day.

So anyone who takes social drugs should be banned for life.

Does that include the many football players who take them at the lavish parties they attend.?

As for being a mediocre player, I think you will find that if he left Wigan, the would be a queue for him, especially when he is fully match fit. As for being a thug, he has a long way to catch Ryan Bailey who's specially is to pick on the smaller players. At least Hock picks his own size.

Stick to the fairies game.

RD,
Your absence has obviously affected your memory. I wish I had a pound (dollar) for every time Joseph has referred to football as a Fairies game I would be quite wealthy. He is a big supporter of Rugby.

"Taking cocaine makes users feel on top of the world. Its effect is like the stimulant ‘amphetamines’ (speed) but is stronger and doesn't last as long. People taking it feel wide-awake, confident and on top of their game."

That is a fairly common view of the effects of cocaine, and I agree with Joseph1!
All sportsmen who take performance enhancing drugs should be banned for life!

Yes they should, what kind of role models are they to the young ones. Sport does not need them, no one can defend this type of behaviour (Drugs) in sport, any sport.
