My contact in Oz tells me that West Tigers and former Warriors player Mark Flanigan is in talks with widnes about a return to S L next season.

might be wrong but I think Wigan have an option on his services if he comes back.
I see Widnes have signed Shaun Briscoe, another ex Wiganer.

I think youre right, I fogot about that, but maybe they have waived the option because we dont need him and thier apparant friendly relationship with widnes.

Hardly surprising seeing that he is related to Noble.

kenny,

I don't know if it is true, but I was told at last night's game that he has been signed by Widnes.

Personally,I would like to see him play at Wigan again, but if like you say he's Widnes bound, then I think it's Wigan's loss, watch this space eh

Bum information about Flanaghan, as he has been signed by St Helens.

I would say that Wigan are pretty well off for forwards at the present. They probably need a top class centre and another half back.
