I thought Queensland just about deserved it. Im still not sure about the two refs thing though.
A couple of the players on show might just get into the Warriors team.

why might they just get into the Warriors team i-spy?
Are are they past there best, out of contract or just after a summer break - decent Aussies do NOT come over here!
The current three of Finch, Hoffman and Lima will hopefully follow Maquire back at the end of the season.

what about Pat Richards, Brett Dallas, Gene Miles, Brett Kenny, Greg Dowling,Ian Roberts, John Ferguson etc - they were/are surely DECENT Aussies.
ps I reckon Finch will prove to be a good signing. Hoffman already is, and Lima doesnt count - he's not an Aussie.

There are only 2 out of your list that would do credit to themselves,Richards & Dallas, the others were,as good as they might have been, just stop gaps, but was it right that Miles wanted another year but Wigan opted for Farrer ? not a good decision

I DO them both mate, you misunderstood my post,I was saying, that they came for one season alone, and Fergie's case a two part season
Definately rate all the players you mentioned

I spy – I agree with your assertion
What I should have said is that decent Aussies ‘no longer’ come over here (until discarded by club and country)
And Jeff Lima is indeed a Kiwi, which as we know is a flightless bird; which just about sums him up!

Hoffman has already shown his worth and Finch is starting to show his true form after his long term injury and getting use to the game plans of the team.

As for Lima, he has become a marked man ever since 'cry baby' and blue eyed boy Wilkins complained to the referee at the magic game. In the last match a touch judge reported him to the referee for doing nothing and he was sin binned and even cited by the disciplinary committee, but was given a 'no charge' verdict. Like other supporters, I am beginning to think that a witch hunt is going on regarding the lad.
