Well i am very amazed at the lack of comments on here about last Saturday's game v Newcastle ! What a return you just could not write the script could you ,and as for the reception Cristiano was given , I have never in all my 70 odd years experienced anything like what i witnessed on that day ,the sound was unbelievable ,and it kept going on,on,on ,,and i realise the saying " One swallow doesn't make a summer "" but if anything of what i saw can carry on well all i can say is to watch out the rest !!!

mainly it,s because of the comments by laughing boy under his assumed names of neverstill & sergio123 who keeps us united fans from commenting on the match . there has been references alan on theys boards but "you know who" is spoiling them by putting derogatory comments on & no-doubt he,ll be making one on this blog . just take a look at them .

GB,
It was on live here and I commented on it as the game progressed on one of the threads. We get every PL game live for around £85 a year plus all Eurogames involving British clubs. By the way the tennis player was born in Canada. Really enjoyed the tennis.

4-2 to Leicester. A very poor, lacklustre display from United. A lot of the “ star names “ were anonymous. Hate to go on about him, or appear to have a downer on him, but Pogba does nothing. GET SHUT.

GB, I like Steve Bruce, he seems a decent, honest chap.

I remember my mate and I walking through MCR about twenty years ago after Huddersfield had beaten us at Maine Road. Walking towards us was Bruce (the then Huddersfield manager) and another chap, he saw our scarves and made a point of letting onto us and having a quick chat.

Nice bloke.

Unfortunately he isn't of the calibre sought by the new Newcastle but I think they should stick by him this season as he will probably keep them up...........just!

I will try and keep this brief,,, I have stated on here numerous times about United's Manager, it's ok saying he is a good bloke this and that ,but the fact's of the matter are this ,,,,HE has gone as far as he can , he has not got what i call the KLOPP OR THE PEP / TUCHEL CREDENTIALS ok he took them to 2/3 final's /semifinals but he has not got what is required to go that extra hurdle . When you look on paper at the team he had on Saturday that team should have buried Leicester , so we are here again just what's up ???? You have the squad ,,, i hate to say it it's akin to what Steve Bruce is going thro ,, I DO THINK OLE SHOULD DO THE RIGHT THING AND QUIETLY GO!!!!!!GB

If you look at that team, Ronaldo, Pogba, Varane, Rashford, Maguire, Greenwood, Fernandes, Cavani, Sancho etc, the only weak link is the manager.

Surely the likes of Conte/Zidane can get a tune out of that lot.

I tell you what I do think might happen next season though (and I hope i am wrong if it comes down to them stopping the scousers winning the league).
I think City may have a "down season, " we have seen it happen to teams that go all out high press, after 3 seasons they drop off for a season till they regroup and go again.
It's happened to both the sides that have had a bit of success in recent times and it may happen for the one who's not had a "down season" most recently, next season.
