Kirkpatrick mill became Dunlops in Hindley Green.There are photos on WW and Facebook.

Kirkpatricks was I believe a cotton mill.

When the mill caught fire youv'e never seen so many hose pipes in your life all the up to SWAN lane to "clay hole " then down Harrison st across fields to TURNER BROS all ove rthe place te name then was DUNLOPS .
