Jonothan Prescott and Colin peel
In 1974 I moved to earl street in wigan with my parents. i used to have mates who lived in the next street. One was Jonny Prescott, he was from a large family of Jahoval witness' as far as i can recall Jonny was the youngest he had an older brother called david and then an older sister. Finally he had two teenage/early twenties brothers who road kawasaki motorbikes, 1 blue the other was green. mrs prescott i'm sorry i did lie to you when i said it wasn't me that swapped the petrol tank tops on the bikes. both me and johnny went to St micheal's primary school before it closed and then we moved onto mabs cross.
the other person I'd like to find is a lad called colin peel. he was a latics supporter, absolutely mad for them. his parents took me and him to see Star Wars when it first came out at the pictures. I last saw colin in the paper being hailed as the ultimate supporter. He must be really brassed off with the bandwagon supporters that have joined since the latics good form
If anyone knows the whereabouts of these people please get in touch as it would be nice to see how everyone has got on.

Thanks very much I wil try to email brian so i can email u my email address. Me and johnny were always scrapping but we were good friends. His parents had a load of bricks in his back yard and we made a den out of it , then it promptly pissed down with rain. He didnt get xmas presents but at new year his family had a party and he was given a world war 2 fort made by airfix. I think we were 6 at the time. There was a church accross the road from his house and wealways played football on the pavment outside it. if the ball went into the church we had to get it back by climbing the wall and hiding from the old lady who cleaned the church. we also had two other boys in our class, geoffry lowe, they stil own the fish and chipshop on earl street.
