Sorry, not from Wigan.
I am looking for an old friend who is, Malcolm Parkinson a draughtsman. I did a cadetship with Shell Tankers with him back in 1974-78. If anyone knows him they could ask him to email me please.
Is Hartlepool near Wigan?

Wigan is Northwest England, Hartlepool is Northeast. North of Middleborough...Opposite side of the country. check the Durham map.
