Bambam the church closed over 3 years ago. Yet another 1960 build required over £1/4 million in repairs Services held at other venue including the school.

I wonder if they will open up the old adjacent overgrown rabbit run path, it would be a short cut for the residents to access to Bryn station.

Sad to see such a piece of the old Bryn go. I was baptised there , was in the church choir, lots of memories of the old wooden church and the people who attended

I used to pump the old bellows pipe organ when I was a schoolboy, and God forgive if you let the air pressure get too low whilst the organ was being played. That was over 75 yrs ago.

Sorry, but I have only just noticed this entry. Why was the heading not given the correct title of St Peters. My father was a parishioner of the Church all his life, being christened there in September 1908, attending St Peters School, Singing in the choir, being married there, a member of the Church Council and a regular Sunday service attendee until his departure on New years Eve 1999, with his funeral taking place at St Peters on 12 January 2000.
