In the 1861 census my Great (x2) Grandfather James Hall was living at 58 Byrom Street. The family later moved to Corporation Street, Byrom Street again, Henry Street, and Poolstock Lane. His grand daughter Mary Hall married William Barlow (my grandfather) in 1902. The Barlow line ended up in 4 Caroline Street (the Catholic Repository, newsagent, and tobacconist opposite St Josephs). The shop ended up being run by Joe Latham who had married Mary's daughter Agnes.

As far as I know I'm not related to Thomas, it's just a coincidence.
